Bitcoin gets a boost as Quantum Biopharma adds $1M to its Bitcoin holdings, bringing total to $4.5M. Announcement on May 19 sparked 25% rally in Quantum’s stock (QNTM) as investors back corporate crypto allocation.

Quantum will also stake some of its Bitcoin for passive income—like Basel Medical and Atai Life Sciences which have BTC as a biotech hedge.

  • Quantum now holds $4.5M in Bitcoin
  • Shares rose 25% following the announcement
  • Company to stake BTC for passive income

This is broader institutional adoption, Bitcoin is a treasury asset not just a speculative bet.

JPMorgan Opens Access to Bitcoin ETFs

JPMorgan will now allow clients to buy Bitcoin, despite CEO Jamie Dimon’s long history of skepticism. At the bank’s investor day, Dimon said JPMorgan won’t offer custody but will let clients buy BTC through ETFs—a model already used by Morgan Stanley.

Dimon is still wary but this is in response to institutional client demand. This new access point brings high net worth investors into the crypto space and mainstream finance into the crypto fold.

This is the normalization of Bitcoin on Wall Street, a trend that will drive liquidity, trust and long term value into the crypto market.

SEC Proposes Unified Crypto-Securities Framework

SEC Chair Paul Atkins called for a regulatory overhaul to combine oversight of traditional securities and digital assets under one umbrella.

In a recent speech, Atkins criticized the agency’s enforcement-first approach and proposed allowing SEC-registered companies to hold and trade both crypto and securities, creating a clearer more integrated system.

Initial guidelines are expected ahead of formal rules. If implemented this will be a big policy shift and could encourage more institutional adoption.

Bitcoin Price Analysis: Bulls Hold $105K in Channel

Technically BTC/USD is in a channel trading at $105,294 after bouncing off $104,235 support. The 50-EMA ($103,559) is support and price action shows spinning top candles which is indecision.

A break above $106,000 could target $107,084 and then $108,619 but if BTC goes below $104,235 expect $103,000 or $102,185.

For beginners: Imagine BTC is moving within a lane—it needs strength to break higher or risk slipping back down.

BTC Bull Token Nears $6.98M Cap as 71% Staking Yield Drives Demand

As BTC holding near $105K, investor focus is shifting toward yield-generating altcoins—none more so than BTC Bull Token ($BTCBULL). The token has now raised $6.01 million out of its $6.98 million presale goal, with a price increase looming as it enters its final funding stretch.

What sets BTCBULL apart is its flexible staking model, offering an estimated 71% annual yield with no lockups or withdrawal penalties.

This approach gives investors the freedom to earn passive income while maintaining full liquidity—an attractive alternative to traditional DeFi staking protocols.

Key Stats:

  • USDT Raised: $6,015,311/ $6,981,682
  • Token Price: $0.00252
  • Staking Pool: 1.47B BTCBULL
  • Yield: 71% APY

BTCBULL merges the viral appeal of meme tokens with the real-world utility of DeFi, making it a standout pick for those looking to capitalize on the 2025 crypto cycle.

With under $1 million left before the next price tier, entry at current levels is limited—fueling urgency among retail investors seeking early access to passive yield.
