Two armed carjackers led police on a pursuit through Los Angeles, California, after stealing three vehicles, including a tanker lorry. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, authorities initially responded to a reported car theft. The suspects abandoned their first vehicle after stealing the tanker lorry, which they later ditched as well. Eventually, they carjacked a pickup truck near downtown Los Angeles, which was also later abandoned. No arrests have been made. The driver of the tanker lorry managed to escape unharmed.
